What’s your MOQ for OEM or ODM service?
A: The MOQ of OEM orders is 1k-5k pcs, depends on your customization requirements and the model you chose. For ODM orders will be at least 10k pcs.

A: PowSmart is one of the professional personal oral care products manufacturer with over than 19 years OEM/ODM service in China.We gathered a team of talented engineers working closely, including exterior designers, tooling/structure, software/hardware, and electronics engineers, averagely with 10 years working experience, capable of carrying out the R&D process entirely by ourselves.
In addition, We are ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, ISO13485:2015 certificated factory and owned over 100 design/utility patents.
Do your products meet the international certification?
A: Yes.All of our products are generally CE, ROHS,FCC,FDA certificated. For some cerstificates required by the local market, need to pay by yourself.
How’s your production capacity?
A: We have 8 production lines with a monthly capability of 300,000Pcs were set up for electric toothbrushes.
How do you do the quality control?
A: We were formally authorized as MFI Manufacturer by Apple, Inc. This was a precious experience as we have introduced a strict quality control system.
Our IQC procedures adopt the AQL system, making sure that every batch of components meets our standards.
By implementing an accelerated aging test all check policy on all products, and a total of 37 strict testing procedures,allowing us to detect potential mal-functions at the early stage, meanwhile ensuring that all the components are at a perfect stage when it was delivered to the end customers.
